Mohamed Abushady is the Founder and Managing Partner of Zaha Holding, bringing extensive international experience in real estate investment, property development, strategic advisory and large-scale project delivery.
In addition to leading Zaha Holding, Mohamed serves as the Chief Executive Officer of James Cubitt Middle East and North Africa, an international architectural and engineering firm, where he oversees the company's operations and strategic growth across the region.
Throughout his career, he has advised investors, developers, family offices and institutional clients across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His experience includes the acquisition, underwriting, structuring and execution of medium to large-scale real estate transactions covering residential communities, hospitality, mixed-use developments, commercial assets and strategic land developments.
Mohamed has also played an important role in underwriting residential developments for major developers in the United Kingdom, facilitating project funding, accelerating sales programmes and supporting development strategies.
His unique combination of investment expertise and executive leadership within an international architectural and engineering firm enables Zaha Holding to evaluate opportunities from both an investor's and developer's perspective.
